Jose', I have read again the main tournament page at: http://www.ajedrez-de-estilo.com.ar/ade/cmsalud/round0.htm and there is written : "Well, the draw of lots didn't favoured too much to the computer, and the first round it will have to defend the black side against a very solid (aspiring to his 3rd and definitive GM norm), Sergio Slipak" So I deduce that the norms are granted from the games between humans in this tournament...Am I wrong ?
