Both programs have 3,4,5 endgame bases WCrafty 18.10 hash 96, Hashp 40, TB 16 (in MBs) Book and prog from Bob's ftp.... Running under Remi Coulom's Wbengine0047. Full ponder. Auto232. 1.2 gig Athlon Shredder 5 160Mb hash. Own book. With upgrade patch. Athlon 800. Auto232 running as Master. 32 games at 90 minutes. PGN file from S5 (Not posted yet.) Shredder 5 v Wcrafty 18.10 18½-13½ Crafty +10 -15 =7 By Friday I will have two 1.2 gig Athlons. So will not play unmatched hardware. Unless the whim takes me. After all using one fast machine is the nearest I have to a dual.......One with a speed advantage? I will not clog up the board with the pgn just ask for it by e-mail. Chris Taylor.
