For ChessTiger SelSafety=96 (as the MoreGambit don't influence ChessTiger). I say this because I've done many many games with the normal settings, with SelSafety very low (for example setted to 3) and very high (setted to 99). The results where more consistent with high selsafety, but too much (99) lose too many points in tactics. I've done at last a thousand games against all the top engines, and the results are at last a 15%-18% more positive with these ones than normal settings (with Gambit Tiger still more). Naturally there's still field to experiment, but at the moment I am almost quite sure that SelSafety=96 is the best one. Hope this helps. Sincerely, Fabio.
