Deep Fritz is known to be better than Fritz6a based on the ssdf list.
There is Crafty18.10 as a chessbase version.

If you can get beta versions then it will be better if you do not use only
gandlaf5 but also Hiarcs8 beta and Fritz7 beta(these programs played in the past
in tournaments).
