I do not know.

I do not understand how Deep Junior 7 can play if it is not a decision of the
programmer Amir Ban.

I understood that chessbase sells only Junior 7 and deep Junior 7 is not
available.

Another question is if the participants that are computers cannot become
advanced players.

Suppose that the operator of one of the program see that the program is going to
play a blunder that is going to cost him(her) the money.
Can the operator play another move or he has to follow the program moves by the
rules if he did not say that he is an advanced player before the tournament?

Can the operators of the programs change the time management of the programs by
playing some moves faster by asking the program to move now?

If they can then it means that all the players are advanced players.
