I agree this doesn't look good. Arasan does not detect that the rook
on a6 is effectively out of play, which is part of the problem. It
has some code to discourage the queen from wandering when the
king looks vulnerable, but it's not perfect.

It does support analysis and is compatible with the new WB protocol.
It's also now compilable on Linux. However, it isn't dramatically
different in strength compared to 5.4, despite a lot of changes.
I'm still testing and tweaking.

I haven't got a release date for this. One issue is that I don't have
the Arasan user interface working with 6.0 yet. Winboard users
probably don't care, but lots of people like having one program to
install and don't want to mess with WB setup and configuration. So
ideally I'd like to put out a new version with both native UI and
winboard support.
