IE take the Fritz example... does option 3 mean the opening book on the CD or does it include the PowerBook that is an extra-cost option? If the former, why disallow the latter, and if the latter, why disallow the former? In short, you need one more response: (3) with the book distributed with the engine; (4) with any book that is distributed as optional for the engine.
