Subject: A couple of questions about The King under Winboard

Hi. I am trying to follow Frank Quisinsky's instructions on running The King
under Winboard. I copied Crafty into the folder in which I installed Chessmaster
8000 and renamed it to TheKing.exe and read its log file after playing against
Chessmaster to get the OPK number. I then put this number into my Winboard.ini
file, yet The King still moves immediately under Winboard no matter what the
time control. Does anyone have any idea what else I have to do to fix this? I
have a copy of TheKing.exe in my Winboard folder, it is not the same one in the
Chessmaster directory - does that have anything to do with it?
My second question regards the Winboard Tourney Manager v0.15. Is there any
way to include The King as an engine in the player file? I can't seem to figure
this out because it has that strange initilization string and even the read
command thinks its init. string in Winboard.ini is a separate engine. Has
anybody figured this out? OK, Thanks.
