I subscribe exactly to Bob's point of view. "Commercially or otherwise publically available book" ought to be the criterion to ask for - I wonder if there was a way to discuss the multiple poll choices here before starting the poll? The current poll and the result so far is obviously meaningless since a very important option has been excluded from the available choices. Moritz
