Based on the pattern of games i have seen between humans and computers (well not seen all but seen results) i think there is no question one of the top 5 or 10 programs is GM strenght on adequate hardware. The question is how strong a GM are they. Weak GM, 2500 fide, strong GM 2600 fide, or super strong GM 2700 fide.
