Hello Uri!

I will (75%?) against first 2 winner an match Blitz 30' minutes played, but a
friend from me say me today that im ICC too manipulates "possible" are!
When in ICC an Computer against an GM play, than (GM is home!) also can his
have (theoretical) 2 Computers, one for internet and on (laptop?) for analysis,
Or?
I think also that manipulates "always" are possible - but I think that I must
my opponent belived (?), or how is it in Your opinion?
