In the movei AI in the first 5 minutes or so the "computers that used to play Chess against the great humans that we marveled at..." was a reference I believe to Deep Blue. Ai shows a dark side of humanity. As the robots become more and more like us they are seen as more of a threat by every day people. This is something I believe to be quite a possibility in the future. While retaining typical ice cold Kubrick style (ie. 2001 and Clockwork orange) the movie ends on what i consider a high note with a good final sigh. It definitley is a very deeply pensive movie. Ed
