Actually, friendly discurse, and out right flaming aguments are welcome here. It is only important that every one here be civil and not go on 'witch hunts' trying to destroy other's with references (usaully completely made up and untrue), to other's ideaologies, and life views. The 'rules' you refer to, remind me of some rules a chess organization, called the P.C.A., once made a rule, which I loosely paraphrase; 'Any player, 2nd of that player, or 3rd party, insulting or attacking any other player or the sponsoring organization(s), shall be in voilation of the sponsoring organzations charter, and can be fined and removed from the playing site of that organzation. This rule affected only 2 individual's, protected a lot of other player's from thier absurd behaver, and made for a much better and more peaceful chess envirement. As far as I know, only those 2 individuals, (whose last names end in K, had any problem with its wording, even though other player's backed them in their signed protest, overly concered with the 'letter of the law', rather than its actual enactment. But, if after reading these post, you can't lighten up, and you are still uncomfortable here, I invite you to return to the news group, rec.games.chess.computer, where our out of control, but completely free to express, uncivil, 'freinds', live & post, & post & post again, to their hearts content! mrslug - the inkompetent chess software addict!
