I can add that it is possible that the GM simply was not concentrated at the same second that he played the blunder. There may be a lot of reasons(for example it is possible that he talked on the telephone during playing or it is possible that his child was crying at the same time). These games are not for money so the GM's do not consider them as important. I know about other stupid blunders at blitz when the games are for money. In one case a GM had 7 seconds for all the game when his opponent had only one second to finish the game. The GM with the 7 seconds found a winning move but unfortunately it took him all the 7 seconds so he lost on time. He could do better by winning on time without finding the best move and he lost money for not doing it. Uri
