That sort of sounds like how Bruce terms Ferret.  I don't remember if he had a
specific title for it, but I think he didn't accept it's being called amature.

And Ferret did come very close a couple years ago as I recall.

I don't know anything about the % chances, but it takes a strong program, and
luck is still a huge part of it considering the small number of games played.
