I am not a professional chess player so I do not do use chess programs to learn to play better but you can learn by playing against these programs every day and analyzing your games in order to find your mistakes and trying to define some thinking rules in order to avoid similiar mistakes in the future. I believe that there are strong chess players who do it. Uri
