Subject: ECM98 Draft 2

I've incorporated the feedback from the "ECM deletions" threads
and have assembled the second draft of ECM98. It of course contains
more positions as I fixed the initial error I made in working with
a reduced main file.

With this new list as well as the posted list of deletions (which
can still be examined for errors) I think we will have a fairly
clean suite.

What time do the programmers want to use for deleting the
easy ones? 10, 20, or 30 seconds (assuming like hardware)?

I'll send the zip file to Manfred's site and to ICD for others to
download. The first draft is now void. Any thoughts on posting the
second draft now?
