In most of the cases when you see 4-0 result between equal players nothing is wrong. 4-0 result between equal players is a reason to suspect with bigger probability that something may be wrong but it only means something like suspecting with probability of 10% instead of 1%(I did not calculate these probabilities and I only try to explain the idea by using them). Something is wrong is also not the same as cheating and I believe that in most of the cases the testers do not know that something is wrong when something is wrong. Uri
