Yes, though it is massively SMP if I'm not mistaken. Tiger's performance in
Argentina, running on an easily available single-CPU unit, may well be
considered a first as well. Though it's not the first time a program
participates in a master-norm round-robin. That title goes to Mephisto if I'm
not mistaken.
