This is an interesting question. The answer is yes, but when I ordered the
first two issues -Ausgabe 1 and 2 from May/July 1999 and then a subscription
for 1 year - I was promised that a version in English was soon to come. So
I accepted the first issues in German combined with a change to the English
version "soon to come". The latter never happened so I didn't renew the
subscription. As far as I know, even now there only exists a German version.
