Show me all kinds of numbers but if Computers are GM strength Positionally i
will laugh at you first off Computers are Tactically 2500+
Computers have scored rating performances of over 2500 for years and Deep
Thought Being the first to get 2745 a GM norm so Congrats to Chess Tiger for
being the few but play against humans in Linars and we will see how Tactically
you can't do anything if their aren't any tactics it probably sounds like i am
babbling i am truely sorry it's just that people automatically think oh it beats
these players and it is a GM Tactically yes all around computers are NOT GM
strength for proof take all positional type test suites and sit there for awhile
because there is no way your program is solving many of them I personally can
tell you i have suites that aren't solved by Fritz 6 in 30 minutes and even some
tactical ones that take over an hour . Besides a 2545 or two has knocked off
Rebel and Fritz both of which made yep you guessed it positional errors like in
the game sherbakov vs rebel
where rebel played e5 blocking in it's bishop just like deep blue

so if you want a good idea take this 2700 performance (Tactical) and use 2100
for Positional add them up and divide by two there's your answer
not exact but it's a good idea
