Odell What about a situation where the player restricts the opening to 3 or 4 opening lines and plays it over and over eventually eliminating his/her mistakes and in doing so finding the winning line.Is this a legitimate win against the computer? That's what I do.Mind you I often forget some lines of play and then get slaughtered but I'm sure stronger players can master this technique. Of course such a technique has its limitations nonetheless it is still legitimate in my mind. Al
