You didn't misss anything.
Adding the program to PalmGear's download database is an automated task, so I
have been able to do it online.
But adding it to the shopping mall is a manual operation that must be performed
by them.
So it took a few hours before the "buy" option could be added.
Now "buy" is available, just go back to PalmGear and you'll see it.

Certainly. But I did not want to delay the release anymore, and feedback from
the beta testing team was so positive, that I feel most people will appreciate
it even without PB.
PB will be provided in a free update anyway.
