Its seems that this position isn't 100% tactics. Most programs choose Nxd5 with only a small positive score, so they haven't seen a crush. I suspect that all programs see that Nxd5 isn't too bad tactically, and it is just positional factors that cause some to choose Nxd5 and others to not choose it. btw, LambChop switches to Nxd5 after about 800sec, but score is less than 1 pawn advantage.
