Could be as you say, and I certainly don't suggest that the booklet of Junior is
wrong, but... If you let play J7 vs any other engine in a Nunn match with
Threshold "8000" it wins more games. A coincidence? I don't think since if you
switch again the threshold to the normal value the vice-versa happens. Junior
plays always the same move with Permanet Brain OFF and no book, so the games are
all the same with the same threshold, but different with different ones. I could
give you the pgn for the games if you don't believe me, no problem.
