Of course Rxe3+ is a very simple draw, even more simple than Ra5.

But I'm not sure you realise how simple the draw is after Ra5.  It really is
trivial, a position that any so called strong player should draw VERY easily.
For example I would be 100% confident of drawing that position, even if playing
blindfolded vs Kasparov or Deep Blue or whoever.

That a GM got into a position that was anywhere near lost from there would
indicate something funny going on.
