Subject: How to delete variations in chessbase format

I have a database of chess games in chessbase format .
Almost all of the games contain variations and annotations .
How can I delete the variations and get clean , original games ?
I have Shredder 5.32 by chessbase , Fritz light and chessbase 6 light .
CbStrip by Rob Weir does not work , when I click on that file the DOS console
window flashes open and immediately closes .
