The problem is that one database contains about 1 million games and the second
contains about 1.5 million games.
Copying 1 million games would take +/- 48 hours.
When I copy games there is disk activity with the HDD light on.

I have Shredder 5.32, Fritz light and ChessBase light.
ChessBase light proceeds not more than 8000 games.
In Fritz  you can copy games but they are not sorted by ECO

I was thinking of small tools like Rob Weir's ChessBase tools, Extract, Paul
Onstad tools, Klauser's CDB chess database, Blue Paul's Dragon chess database
...
