I don't know for sure the time controls but I guess they will be standard tournament timings, like the other "human vs. human" matches in Dortmund. This guess comes also from the fact that there will be only one game at a day "Deep Fritz vs. Huebner" and to have blitz timing or faster would shorten too much the event.
