I don't think this is very fair. Sometimes we go to sleep, travel, whatever. And all moderation takes place after messages have been posted, so there is always a delay. So far, in order to moderate we had to email each other and vote. In obvious cases like this one, I think the decision of one moderator should be enough to remove the offending post and possibly the access of the poster.
