how accurate is the "difference" between 2 programs you measure after
hundreds of games ?
its wasting time.
nor is it true.

you cannot differenciate if the engine is really stronger or the book weaker
this time, or maybe the learning routine is better.
this has nothing to do with the engine itself.
how do you want to make sure ?
you cannot.
its a grand illusion.
they make a list, and people believe whats written in this list.

its a kind of medicine.

when a doctor moves into a certain area of a town, the amount of ill people
increases. the higher the number of doctors in a certain area of the country,
the more ill the people do become. thats the same effect as the ssdf-list.
