There's a guy in Hong Kong, who knows.

Generally, he doesn't care for money, so if you wnat him to answer this
question, you best should bring him some rose flavoured incense and herbal tea.
Once you have found the alley where he lives, and visits hime, you have to
endure some so called wisdom, but after an hour or two all his forune cookie
wisdom has expired so you can come to business.

Don't ask him silence that CD-player with that irritating background music, and
also don't start to talk about Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, as these are mere
stunts and the real Budokan doens't need stunts. He walks on water without
Panavision help.

Maybe he will be in the mood by now.

Now remember never to ask directly: "is Fritz 6 the strongest chess program in
the world?", as this is highly offending to him.
Instead, you should ask: "master, which is the strongest chess program in the
world?"

If he doesn't like you, he will pull your leg and answer "ChessMaster 8000" but
if he's content with you and your visit he will give the answer you're waiting
for.

*I* don't know the answer, you realy should go to Hong Kong for that.

J.
