Subject: Claim on ChessBase homepage

The ChessBase homepage is pointing to an article that claims:

'The maker of chessprograms ChessBase from Hamburg has won
a grandmaster tournament in Argentine with a new version
of their chessprogram ChessTiger.
This is the first time a commercially available program
succeeds in doing this.'

(translation mine)

Is this correct? I thought that this had happened before,
but perhaps I as mistaken?
