You can use it to keep up with your own games or other game collection, for reference, chess repertoire, all relevant statistics, tactical situations, opening etc. A freeware ChessBase light is available at the download section http://www.chessbase.com; you can try it out yourself if you want. >A Neophyte You will repent someday J.
