Maybe you should try the same plan as in the game (5.Kf3 Ne6 (Ng6) 6.b4 Kh7
7.Rxf8

It could be that black with 5.Ne6 could try 6...g5 follow by Kg7, but I guess
the endings is resignable for a GM anyway.
