After a post a few days ago about ECM 993, I decided to investigate it. After a lengthy analysis, it seems like the "best move" leads to certain doom. While the program and the experts seem to agree on which move to make, a move that leads to defeat hardly seems worth the title 'best move'. Hence, I am asking, "What game did this position come from -- I can' find it." And I am asking (game or no game) "What is the supposed correct line?"
