Subject: Is there a way to remove doubles without killing good positions?

I have a file which is in CBH but i can convert it back to pgn or epd somehow
there is a way to do this maybe someone can tell me, well if i have a bunch of
chess test suits together with many positions having just 1 move will chessbase
light delete those because the number of moves are the same or does it "look" at
the positions to see if they are the same? I want to be as accurate as possible
and if the wrong thing is deleted and if i have 10 of the same thing it isn't
good.
