The old Gromit v1.2 http://home.t-online.de/home/hobblefrank/ can do
Fischerandom setups to start the games.  I have not seen it for a while, so I
don't recall if it can analyze anything.  I also don't remember if it can open
up a pgn file.

Probably not what you want, but it certainly is a cool old 16bit Windows
program.
