Snip from help file: Resign: "Late" means that Fritz will have to see three times in a row an evaluation of 6.5 pawn units or worse for itself before it throws in the towel. "Early" means it has to see minus 4.8 three times. "Never" means never. I see that this setting Tools/Options/Game/Resign also affects engine matches and engine tournaments. Until recently I was not thinking about this. However, due to some recent talk of Fritz early resigns and engines running out of time, my attention was drawn to this setting. I'm wondering if other operators aware of this setting and do you have some opinion on where you think this option should be set for engine matches and tournaments? Regards, BK
