A special book which you manipulated to win >against? :-) No, it is in it's original state as I found it on one of ChessBase's Magazine CDs (I forgot which one) some years ago, as it was made by Cock de Gorter. It's a good book IMO. I keep it write protected. But I think it will be possible to play this line against a lot of books. Of course Tiger was out of book after Bxf7+, but that's not my fault. I don't know if the original Tiger books would avoid this line, or play the Alekhine at all. If this is the case, you may call this victory somewhat "invalid" if you like. I was aware of that, that's why I included the book information. I could try this at tournament time too... but hopefully someone else takes the effort. Btw. there is a number of top engines which are vulnarable to this line I think, not only Tiger. But you need comprehensive analysis, i.e. the king could go to g6. Regards, M.Scheidl
