That's the point. It seems that Huebner went deliberately for draw, sacrificing the "spectacular" aspect of chess for a safer play. Somebody thinks that this can be part of an "anticomputer" strategy, probably because the other techniques failed when Huebner was preparing against Fritz , namely Dutch Stonewall or other anticomp classics.
