Just to make it right from the Chessbase site :

"In October 2001 BGN world chess champion Vladimir Kramnik will play an
eight-game match against the computer program Fritz. In case the computer wins
it will receive $400,000. The manufacturers of Fritz have announced that in this
case they will pay the entire prize sum into a special "Fritz youth chess
foundation", which will be devoted to promoting youth and school chess
activities in Europe."

Unless they change something at the last minute.
