There is no upgrade for 5->5.32 because of different companies that sold Shredder 5 and now sell Shredder 5.32. But end of the year probably Shredder 6 and maybe Shredder 6.32 will be released and maybe with upgrade price for Shredder 5 and Shredder 5.32 users.
