Is it 2000 elo,2200 elo,2400 elo or 2600 elo I believe that most people can get at least 2200 elo if they train enough with the right programs. Practically most players do not get 2200. There are some reasons for that 1)They do not use a lot of time for chess 2)They do not want to learn chess and prefer to play blitz games instead of studying chess. 3)Programmers did not devote a lot of time for developing good programs to teach humans to play chess better and humans do not know how to learn but it does not mean that they cannot learn and they only need the right program to teach them..
