On the surface, it should be natural to assume that Junior 7 would be stronger on a single cpu machine and Deep Junior would be stronger if your computer has more than one cpu. However, there may not be a difference on a single cpu. Maybe someone who has both versions (!?) could provide evidence. Practically, if you have one cpu the difference is likely to be negligible, if you have a multi-cpu machine you would obviously want Deep Junior.
