The Question has merit since Deep Fritz is an improvement over Fritz 6 and Deep Shredder is an improvement over Shredder 5. But I believe since Junior 7 and Deep Junior came out at the same time they are probably as you suggest but I cannot say for sure since I don't have both. Maybe someone from Chessbase can comment.
