I'm curious as to the time control and the hardware used to play the game.
Here's what I get from the default CM8000 personality on my PIII-733:

Time	Depth	Score	Positions	Moves
0:00	1/4	-6.10	6475 1...Qxh1 2. Ne1 Bg4 3. Qxf6 Qf1
0:00	2/6	-5.16	41788 1...Qxh1 2. Ne1 Bg4 3. Qxf6 Be6
					4. Rg3+ Kf8
0:01	3/7	-3.04	147116 1...Qxh1 2. Ne1 Bg4 3. Rg3 f5 4.
					exf5 Rc4 5. Qg5+ Kf8 6. Rxg4 Rxg4
					7. Qxg4 Qxh2
0:07	3/8	-3.04	792812 1...Qxh1 2. Ne1 Bg4 3. Rg3 f5 4.
					exf5 Rc4 5. Qg5+ Kf8 6. Rxg4 Rxg4
					7. Qxg4 Qxh2
0:19	4/9	1.43	2188079 1...Qxh1 2. Ne1 Rxc2+ 3. Kxc2 Rc8+
					4. Kd2 Bg4 5. Rg3 f5 6. exf5 Rc4
					7. Qg5+ Kf8 8. Rxg4 Rxg4 9. Qxg4
					Qxh2
3:26	4/9	-0.08	22656469	1...Rxc2+ 2. Kxc2 Rc8+ 3. Kd2 Qxb2+
					4. Ke3 Rc1 5. Rxc1 Qxc1+ 6. Rd2
					Bc4 7. Nxe5 dxe5 8. Kf3 Qc3+ 9.
					Qe3 Qa5 10. Rd1

So, CM8000 sees that Qxh1 is losing rather quickly (19 seconds), but takes VERY
long (relatively) to evaluate its 2nd best move (Rxc2+) as "drawish".
