Obviously "everybody" in this particular scene knows, that I have been threatened over quite some time with all kinds of court pre orders and other ridiculous issues by Ossi Weiner and his former programmer, Stefan Meyer-Kahlen. Weiner was keen enough to judify the worthy of upcoming processes against me for more than one million DM. This, of cource, encounters tremendeous lawyer costs, in case one doesn't want to resign in advance. The clear aim was, that I'd accept as right what was wrong or would have got torn in so many various process acts that I would have turned bankrupt and had to resign. Last mentioned would have turned out to be the same result as the 1st mentioned method. As a sideaffect I'd been bankrupt in both cases anyway. Quite naturally I didn't step into this greasy kid stuff plan and concentrated on the main issue, leaving the clearances of all the side affect processes aside. This made Ossi Weiner shout out loud that I was finished for good and that the various courts had forbidden me this, that and nearly everything. Alongsided I'd sonn gotta declare official bankrupt before court. Well, of course this was totally WRONG - I just didn't react to remain active in the main process parts. Weiner saw me down under and encountered one court pre deciosion after the other to finish me finally and for good. This foolish behaviour really delighted me as I could nicely see, that he stepped into my traps open eyed without evenh the glimpse of knowing, what was happening in reality. Now, after I have won the main and most important process under all aspects I don't have to pay one cent at all; rather now can invest this saved money to counter this evil show. This now, I predict lound n' clear, will cost Ossi Weiner more greenbacks than he can even imagine at the moment marcus
