I agree Fernando.  People grow up, they change, make mistakes etc.
The severity of the violation and the rest of the groups
feelings should be taken into consideration though.   If many people
were
hurt or it would tend to drive others away, common sense should
prevail and that person kept out.  From what I've been reading, this
might be the case here.   If we lost some good members to bring a bad
one back,  this would seem pretty foolish.
