The point of 1. d4 h5 is that it removes the program's ability to vary while attempting to set up a long-term trap. A "read-only" human would see this. But if you beat him on a tactic or a simple oversight, you could repeat it forever, and it's just a matter of playing enough games that he makes *one* mistake that you can cash in on. bruce
